This is a private mentoring space, led by Tiffany Reynolds of Brown Hat Consulting, for young women in tech. Ask questions, share wins, and get guidance on internships, first roles, and navigating the workplace. Expect practical advice, accountability check-ins, and supportive peer discussion. Respect, confidentiality, and growth come first.

Respect everyone's time
During events, arrive on time, come prepared for meetings, and respect the boundaries set by the mentor regarding her availability.
